We operate a strict no-refund policy. Once an item has been purchased and payment has been processed, we are unable to offer a refund for any reason.
2. Exchanges
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide an option for exchanges in specific cases such as:

To qualify for an exchange, please follow the steps below:
