1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment on our website or through the shipping provider’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out to us at contact.dujaindia@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you in locating your package. Duja is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, Duja is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, please notify us immediately at contact.dujaindia@gmail.com to correct the information. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery to the corrected address.

8. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders to these locations will be canceled.
